Delivery & Returns

Please note due to the impact of Covid-19, production/postage delays are possible.


Products are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days of placing your order unless stated otherwise.  Engraved products ceramics and personalised books are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days, usually sooner.  All personalised photo gifts are sent by 1st class Royal Mail post.  All other items are sent 2nd class Royal Mail.  If you would like any other service for delivery or to fast track your items please contact us before placing your order. Due to production methods this is not possible on certain products so once your order is placed we may not be able to fulfil your requirements. 

If ordering multiple items please be aware you may receive your order in separate deliveries.

If adding special delivery instructions please note we cannot always adhere to these due to the different delivery methods we use.

We ship personalised gifts Worldwide.  Our delivery charges are listed in the table below.  The delivery charge will appear in your shopping basket before payment.  If the delivery amount is different to the table below for some reason please give us a call to check.

 Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the above times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

* Please Note – No Alcohol, Lighters, Balloons, Baby Baskets or products containing Lithium batteries can be sent internationally (including Eire)

* Please note Monday to Friday are classed as working days. Orders placed Friday afternoon or during the weekend will not begin production until Monday. A full day counts for orders placed before 11am.

Returns Policy

As our products are personalised gifts we cannot accept any returns.  We will, however replace any faulty or broken items as a result of postal damage.  Please report any issues to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will process a replacement within 14 days.  

Clothing Returns Policy/Disclaimer

If you are ordering clothing we always recommend ordering samples to try beforehand - please note that these garments are chargeable as plain items.  The buyer will also be charged delivery of these samples.  It is the buyer's responsibility to return the plain garments back to us.  If the items are returned ‘as new’ we will refund the cost of the plain garment (less any shipping costs) minus a 10% restocking charge.  If you are returning the garments to be decorated then there is no restocking charge.

Where timescales do not allow for samples to be sent and tried on we will email a sizing guide of the garments being quoted for according to the manufacturer’s specification – we cannot be held accountable for any errors in these specifications as provided by the manufacturer.  Please note this is a guide size and we cannot refund any orders where garments have been decorated that do not fit.
