FAQ

Q: I don't have a Google accont, can I still place an order?

 A: Yes of course, once you fill in your contact details, the shopping basket will take you to payment screen.  You do not need to have a Google account in order to place an order.

 

Q: How do I send you my picture?

 A: It's easy... There is an option on each product page that requires an image for you to upload your images to us.  If you would prefer to email us your image, simply follow the normal procedure to buy the product and then email your image(s) to: sales@somethingpersonal.co.uk along with any special instructions.

 

Q: What format should I send my image in?

 AWe're fairly flexible and can handle most formats including jpeg, png, bmp etc.  You can send an image in the same format that it comes off your digital camera.  Remember, the better quality and bigger the image, the better the finished result.  If you have a printed photograph, we can scan it for you but please remember that the results will not be as clear as a digital image.

 

Q: Can I send you a paper photograph to transfer to a mug?

 AOf course, send your images to: Something Personal, 2 Rye Close, Maidenhead, SL6 3NZ.  We will scan them into digital format in the best quality possible.  We will even send your photograph back with your order!

 

Q: I want to buy a Named Personalised Mug, how do I tell you what name I would like printed?

 AThe product page has an option for you to fill in your required name/text.  Alternatively you can send your requirements to: sales@somethingpersonal.co.uk or call us on 01628 829218.

 

Q: I am interested in getting some Stag t-shirts personalised and printed, can you help?

 AOf course!  Visit our stag and hen night t-shirts section where you can add all your names, numbers, and text.

 

Q: How long does it take before I get my order?

 AIf the product is in stock and we have received your image(s) and personalisation requests without any problems we usually dispatch within 48 hours.  If we have any queries regarding your image etc, we will contact you beforehand.

 

Q: Do you have a shop that I can visit?

 AWe are currently based online and so do not have a showroom, but please contact us on 01628 829218 if you wish to discuss anything or would like to see an example of a product.
