Returns Policy

As our products are personalised gifts we cannot accept any returns.  We will, however replace any faulty or broken items as a result of postal damage.

Delivery

Products are normally dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order and the charges are as follows for each product:

• Personalised Bags/Wallets/Pencil Cases: £1.99
• Coasters and Place Mats: £1.09
• Mouse Mats: £1.09
• T-Shirts: £1.09
• Personalised Keyrings and Smaller items: £1.09
• Personalised Jigsaw Puzzles: £1.09

If ordering more than one product you will be entitled to a delivery discount.  The total delivery charge will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment.

We are very honest with our delivery prices and only charge what we get charged.  Sometimes we are even charged more but are happy to swallow the costs so you get your delivery quicker.
